Established in 2009 and rebranded in 2025, we are a proudly New Zealand-owned and operated company dedicated to ensuring buildings that have been issued with a Compliance Schedule can comply with the requirements of the NZ Building Act and relevant buildings comply with the Fire Emergency legislation. Our experienced team includes building compliance administrators, Independent Qualified Persons (IQPs), technicians, and evacuation consultants, all committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to meet your buildings specific compliance needs. We provide exceptional service by ensuring our staff are using the best technology (iPads in the field, cloud services to work anywhere, anytime etc.) and by having in place efficient systems and processes that are tried and tested.
Quality People
We have three registered Independent Qualified Persons (IQPs) in-house and two building compliance administrative experts with both having been in the industry for over 10+ years. Experienced people assist in delivering a quality service.
